Booking notes
The Prices quoted are per week in Euro.

All prices shown include bedding and towels.  

Cleaning occurs every 7 nights for longer stays.

Prices DO NOT include flights or car hire

Longer stays and last minute special offers are by negotiation

Half the total amount of your holiday is required as a deposit when you book with the remainder due at least two weeks prior to arrival.  Payment is preferred by either a cheque of via a bank transfer.

The changover day is FLEXIBLE.
We prefer guests to arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am



Travel and Directions



The Orchard House is approximately 35 minutes from Palma airport. Car hire is recommended in order to explore the area and achieve the most from your holiday. Car Hire is available at the airport, alternatively a taxi can be arranged to bring you to the house and car hire can be arranged in Soller on arrival.
