The Orchard House is an amazingly peaceful secluded property within a five minute walk of the beautiful town of Soller and a 5 minute drive to the beach at the Port of Soller.

The house has a modern minimalist open plan interior while combining old Soller charm in its rooms. It has an enormous gated orchard with a small private swimming pool and a stone wendy house with full height rooms for children.

The huge orchard offers an expanse of space and adventure for adults and children - it is like living in your own orchard parkland and is a world unto itself offering a sense of freedom and safety for children to explore and adults to settle with a book in any number of the quiet private corners. Several outdoor tables are provided for alfresco garden dining.

The house has central heating for winter letting as well as Air Conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months.
Modern open plan fitted kitchen fully equipped with all appliances including a cooker, microwave, fridge, and freezer. A utility room under the house houses the washing machine and has an indoor hanging area with storage for garden furniture.
The living room is comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a 3 seater sofa, several lounge chairs around satellite TV. There is also a pool/snooker table.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built-in fitted wardrobes and is next to the bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with built-in fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom with glass screened shower, glass vanity unit and basin which is very chic.

Both bedrooms have a window with views over orchard and out to the mountains.

Outside there is a Private Outdoor Pool (Unheated) in the orchard, a BBQ, and a parking space. The lounge opens onto a wide expansive terrace with views out to the surrounding mountains on which there are 2 wooden loungers and table and chairs for alfresco living.
